There are two basic steps to set up conversion goals in Google Analytics to track your inquiries.
Step 1:
Set up your destination page goal in Google analytics.
Note that this works best if you are using a native contact form and not a third-party CRM like Dubsado, 17Hats, Honeybook, or another platform. If you are using a third=party platform, you'll need to do advanced customization in Google tag manager to accurately track social media performance.
Step 2
Determine and assign a goal value in Google Analytics so you can get a sense of how much each channel and campaign earns
